Verification conclusion
Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical Group Beijing Haiyan Pharmaceutical Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "emission unit") entrusted Huaxia Certification Center Co., Ltd. to carry out the verification of carbon dioxide emissions in 2018. The scope of verification includes the direct emissions of carbon dioxide caused by the fixed facilities of the emitting units within the jurisdiction of Beijing and the indirect emissions of carbon dioxide caused by the power consumption of fixed power consumption facilities within the administrative jurisdiction of Beijing. The emission unit has a mobile source within Beijing, so the mobile source within Beijing is also included in the scope of verification. The emission unit has no place outside Beijing, and there is no fossil fuel consumption outside Beijing. Huaxia Certification Center verified the carbon dioxide emissions of Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical Group Beijing Haiyan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in 2018 in accordance with the Guidelines for Carbon Dioxide Emissions Accounting and Reporting of Enterprises (Units) and the Guidelines for Third-party Verification of Carbon Emission Trading in Beijing. Through document review, site visit, verification report preparation and internal technical review, after all nonconformities were closed, the verification team reached the following verification conclusions on the carbon dioxide emissions of the emitting units in 2018:
1) The verification team confirms that the verification report defines the boundaries of the sites and facilities of emission units and the identification of emission sources, and that the accounting methods, data and the calculation process and results of carbon dioxide emissions meet the requirements of the Accounting Guide and the Emission Accounting and Reporting Guide for Enterprises in Other Industries;
2) Based on the obtained objective evidence and verification findings, the direct and indirect emissions of carbon dioxide in 2018 reported by the emitting unit are true and credible;
3) No uncovered problems were found in the verification process;
4) The supporting materials provided by the emission unit are complete and reliable, so the verification team gives a positive verification conclusion on this annual emission report.
