In order to complete the annual declaration task with high quality and accelerate the catch up of the node delay caused by the impact of the epidemic at the beginning of November, the Drug Research Institute of Beijing Haiyan Pharmaceutical formed a sprint mode of "all-advanced" from top to bottom. Traveled to Taizhou headquarters for 174 days a year, walked an average of more than 30,000 steps in the Group headquarters factory every day, communicated with 9 departments for docking and coordination, and completed the DK project, CKP project registration batch and process verification batch production as well as MJGP project and SLXB project issue and replacement research on schedule. After work, I remotely coordinated to solve difficult problems in the group project, and was praised as "a warm leader" by my colleagues.

Sun Yuhui of Research Room 2 went to Suzhou Coast to carry out the process verification task of 6 batches of EGP application project. From the start of the feed to the process verification report in only 43 days, he coordinated the production shift during the period and assisted in the completion of about 800 batches of sample testing. As the head of the department, he took the lead and worked with Qi Yuan, the director of analysis, and the project leader from the beginning of preparing the application materials to the end of the sprint for three weeks and 21 days.
