2 Basis
According to the Cleaner Production Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China, the Cleaner Production Audit Measures, the Cleaner Production Management Measures of Beijing Municipality and the Notice of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Ecological Environment of the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission on Issuing the List of Cleaner Production Audit Units in 2022, Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical Group Beijing Haiyan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. started the cleaner production audit in September 2022 and plans to complete the acceptance before August 21, 2023.

3.4 Production and disposal of hazardous waste in enterprises
The hazardous waste produced by our company mainly includes waste packaging bottles, waste wrapping paper, and packaging bags of contaminated chemical tests or drugs 900-041-49, unqualified drugs, expired drugs 900-002-03, waste liquid 900-047-49, waste chemical tests 900-047-049, etc. All entrusted with qualified unit disposal (Beijing Jinyu Mangrove Environmental Protection Co., LTD.).
3.5 Situation of enterprise environmental risk prevention and control measures
Our company has completed the emergency environmental emergency plan in June 2022, and filed with Changping District Ecological Environment Bureau; Environmental protection facilities operate normally, emergency materials are complete, and special personnel are arranged to manage and inspect them to ensure that the facilities and materials are effective and intact.
