It has been two years since I joined the big family of Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical Group, Beijing Haiyan Pharmaceutical Co., LTD. Looking back on the work of these two years, I really feel the fun of work, busy and nervous, happy and gratified. A philosopher once said, "The greatest value in life is to be fulfilled, and the best way to avoid boredom in life is to take your current task seriously and do it well." I have always kept this sentence firmly in mind, and always use this to motivate myself, I pursue is full of happiness and successful satisfaction. Each experience is a gain, whether happy or sad, whether progress or mistake, is an experience, and experience is wealth, and this wealth is more and more. It is the accumulation of wealth that makes me less flamboyant and impetuous in my work, and more calm and restrained.

In the past two years, I have gradually grown from an operator in an outsourced section to an intern section leader, and then to a reserve GMP specialist. There is bitterness, there is laughter, there is misunderstanding, there is applause. Wang Guozhen once said, "The upward road is always bumpy and rugged." So I ask myself to treat every day with a vibrant face. Time flies, time flies, looking back, I clearly remember July 4, 2016, which was my first day of training in Beijing Haiyan. That day when the workshop director training told us, "The mission of Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical Group Beijing Haiyan is" for parents, for relatives to make medicine ", to do every pill we make, they dare to eat!" From then on, I realized that I had a great responsibility and always reminded myself that I must be careful and never produce substandard drugs or even fake drugs because of my mistakes or carelessness. On July 7, 2016, I was arranged to study in the old Suhuang automatic line. Liu Suli, the section head, and the senior staff on the post carefully taught me the operation procedures, filling in labels, receiving materials and filling in the location card, filling in the ledger when closing the batch, etc. They also reminded me from time to time to pay attention to safety, and would correct my mistakes in time. Liu Suli, the section head, and the senior staff not only taught me the knowledge of the post, but also taught me about the post. And I care about my life, so that I deeply feel the warmth of the Beijing Haiyan family, I like more and more here, more and more cheerful, in the harvest of knowledge and skills, but also made good friends.

Later, new concepts such as "four dimensions in one", "reducing cost and increasing efficiency" and "lean production" gradually penetrated into my thoughts. Let me understand more and more that quality should also be guaranteed, and every minute counts in the work. Attending quality analysis meetings, lean production meetings, etc., made me realize how narrow my cognition was. Workshop large and small wonderful training, so that I continue to enrich themselves.

Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical Group Beijing Haiyan has trained me, so I am ready to use my skills to give back to Yangzijiang. In the future, because I am a Yangzijiang, whether walking alone or walking together, I believe that every footprint of mine will be solid and powerful.
