On June 28, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., the Institute organized a 2018 mid-year report meeting for supervisors and above. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a comprehensive inventory and reflection on the work of each project team in the first half of the year, and make a better layout for the work in the second half of the year. The meeting was attended by the Director, directors and all members of the Institute.

At the beginning of the meeting, the director of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Products first took the lead in making a work report, and comprehensively, objectively and deeply expounded the problems and improvement measures surrounding the key work and unfinished work in the first half of 2018 through examples, data, graphics and PPT, etc. At the same time, the work plan for the second half of the year was clearly laid out. Let each member of the institute know the achievements of the department in the past six months and the work plan in the second half of the year. Then the project team and the office in charge of the staff in turn, from the completion of the first half of the work, the first half of the work highlights, the shortcomings and improvement measures in the first half of the work plan in the second half of the project team to report on four aspects, with a serious and sincere attitude to analyze and evaluate their work.

 This meeting made everyone further understand the work of the department and the phased results achieved, but also let everyone fully understand their own shortcomings, everyone benefited a lot. We all said that we should work harder in the second half of the year, further implement the goals and responsibilities in place, continue to maintain strong fighting spirit and passion, and strive to achieve greater results by the end of 2018.
