On March 28, 2013, Li Qin transferred to the workshop office technician, and in the same year, Beijing Haiyan Pharmaceutical planned to conduct the 2010 version of GMP certification. She worked overtime online to find information and consult experienced people, and worked until 2 am at the latest to successfully complete the certification.
Through this GMP certification experience, she thought and summed up a set of lessons: "Before completing the work, we need to determine the goal, and then allocate resources to focus on key links and potential risks; After completion, the work is summarized and reviewed, and the difficulties and improvement points in the process are reviewed to facilitate better work next time."
In the GMP re-certification in 2018, Li Qin was responsible for writing and submitting GMP certification declaration materials, receiving certification inspection and accompanying her throughout the process. Relying on her previous knowledge accumulation and precipitation, she successfully passed the GMP re-certification.

When Li Qin recalled the most memorable thing in Beijing Haiyan Pharmaceutical, she said that the most impressive thing was that in mid-March 2019, she was responsible for the "green factory" project application work, requiring that the application be completed before the Qingming Festival. Due to tight time and heavy tasks, we coordinated and mobilized the resources of various departments, worked overtime for three consecutive days until the early morning, and finally successfully submitted the "Green Factory Self-Assessment Report" and 105 attached materials, from the preparation of application materials to the organization of third-party on-site inspection and participation in the on-site defense organized by the Beijing Economic and Information Technology Commission. On April 15, Beijing Haiyan Pharmaceutical won the honorary title of "Beijing Green Factory". Recommended by the Beijing Economic and Information Commission, Beijing Haiyan Pharmaceutical won the honorary title of "National Green Factory".
In 2019, Li Qin led the team to "keep the bottom line, pull the line", continue to carry out the quality improvement project, and develop the fingerprint detection method of volatile components of Suhuang Zhike capsule, which is the first multi-component quality control method of Chinese traditional medicine preparations, and has been successfully applied to the test of volatile components of Haiyan, stock and Longfengtang Suhuang Zhike capsule. The RSD deviation of volatile component of Suhuang Zhike capsule was solved.
