Traditional Chinese medicine belongs to both China and the world. Suhuang cough capsule is the key variety of Beijing Haiyan Pharmaceutical. The company combines the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine with modern science and technology to become a powerful weapon for respiratory doctors to treat cough.

Due to the large market demand, the normal supply of Suhuang cough capsules must be guaranteed, and the company will include "guaranteed supply" in the annual assessment index. "We want to increase the yield and let Suhuang benefit more patients." The sonorous and powerful words of the QC team leader of the "vanguard" are imprinted in the hearts of each team member.

The team conducted an in-depth analysis of the process of Suhuang cough capsule production line and found that the pillow wrapping process was the bottleneck process affecting the Suhuang cough capsule production line. Therefore, the team decided to improve the production speed of the pillow wrapping process.

"This one spoke carefully, the other listened carefully, unconsciously, it was already late at night." Team members worked overtime to carry out technical transformation of equipment without affecting production, and analyzed and summarized the effect after technical transformation.

During this time, the team members encountered some difficulties, such as: how to change the manual delivery of tablets to automatic delivery? After contacting equipment manufacturers and market research, the team members found that automatic equipment delivery can be adopted, but the equipment needs to be transformed. However, in the process of transformation, new problems have been found, how to transfer the plate from the inner package to the pillow? The team members carried out field investigation and found that the two could be mechanically connected and a soft transmission track could be used, which effectively solved the transmission problem of the drug board.

Through careful observation at the production site, continuous exploration and continuous attempts, the team members finally increased the production speed of the pillow bag process from the original 65 bags/minute to 80 bags/minute. The project won the first prize at the 40th National Pharmaceutical Industry QC Group results presentation exchange meeting, and all our efforts were affirmed.

To bring Chinese medicine to the world, we need to make full use of modern scientific and technological means and achievements.
