The QC team members of "New Start" are full of confidence and enthusiasm for this QC project. In order to enable the activity to be better carried out, the members carefully reviewed the company's energy conservation and carbon reduction work in recent years, compared the scores of the energy conservation goal responsibility assessment over the years, the evaluation rules, and the industry standards, and finally found that there are shortcomings in energy management such as incomplete decomposition of energy conservation goals, incomplete systems, and backward monitoring methods.

After determining the cause, the "New Start" QC team immediately launched targeted actions. According to the company's annual goals, the team members formulated the energy consumption baseline of each department of the company, analyzed the energy consumption over the past years, and subdivided the energy consumption baseline into each month. In order to implement the energy conservation work, the members of the group also formulated the "Energy Baseline System", and all departments implemented the system. At the same time, employees are encouraged to start from the details of family life and office work, and actively practice the concept of low-carbon.

In view of the backward energy monitoring means, the team members decided to introduce an energy management platform to achieve energy monitoring by investigating a number of online companies. In order to obtain first-hand information and real data, the team members went to Nanjing many times to investigate the use of the energy online platform, and then reformed the existing project after coming back, and finally realized the online monitoring of energy.

The team members sorted out the energy data from 2016 to 2018, compared it with the sister companies in the group, formulated the energy performance target parameters, and identified 98 national and industry standards and legal documents, which were continuously improved during the implementation process, and formulated a series of procedural documents according to the requirements of the energy management system. Finally, the company successfully passed the third-party certification audit of energy management system.

I can't remember how many days of working overtime, and I can't forget the countless figures who gave up rest days to discuss together.
